Investment Strategy
At Prospergate, we strive for a value-oriented top-down investment strategy that is aligned to realize a sustainable and an outstanding risk-adjusted performance.
The first step in this process is to undertake a fundamental assessment of the targeted economy and the political environment, and an analysis of the current valuation of different assets classes. Based on the above, we can determine the relative attractiveness of different asset classes in order to take advantage of the opportunities that the market offers, see where the current price and underlying values are misaligned, and manage overall portfolio risk.
Our investment strategy is based on the product of well-diversified long-term asset allocation whose main purpose is to deliver strong risk-adjusted results for our clients. We regularly review long-term asset allocation and make sure that it fits with the corresponding risk profiles, as well as our prospects of long-term market returns, volatility, and correlations.
In our monthly asset allocation meetings, which may also take place ad hoc, depending on market developments, our active short-term asset allocation strategy is defined.
Finally, we hold weekly investment meetings to discuss recent market developments and single investments maintained in our clients’ portfolios.
Our culture is shaped by independence, and this is firmly rooted in our internal structures and mechanisms. This allows us to focus entirely on providing our clients with solutions.
Additionally we design and implement combined solutions to solve the complex issues of our high net worth clients and their families. We make use of our valuable expertise in wealth management, in combination with an in-depth knowledge of our client’s background and circumstances. Independence, confidentiality and stability remain fundamental to all our processes and decisions.
